Tasting Notes: Lots of layers here of fruit flavors and cocoa. Lightly syrupy/satiny mouthfeel and lots of caramel/honey sweetness. The aftertaste is pleasant and lingering. This coffee is a delicious cup all the way through with plum and cherry notes emerging as it cools. The acidity is pleasant and in perfect harmony with the sweet and bitter notes. I loved the finish on this coffee which resembles the taste of a bite of fresh plum with the skin - clean but juicy and sweet.
Brew recommendations: The best brew of 3 (V60, Origami and Kalita) was the Origami dripper with a Kalita filter. I recommend using a 1:16 ratio, water temperature of 203 degrees F and a TBT of 3:15-3:30.
