Review
Floral and eucalyptus aromas greet you at first sip followed by striking flavor notes of raspberry candy, lychee and watermelon jolly rancher. There is a distinctive pink guava/citrus acidity. The brew stays sweet even as it cools and a clean lime finish makes it lovely. This is a good representation of a washed Ethiopian when well processed and roasted and it doesn’t hurt that it was grown at a staggering 2100 masl either. Kudos to this roaster team at Tinker.
