Review

This lovely coffee is from the producer Gilda Carrascal who is a notable grower from the Pichincha region of Ecuador. The coffee is chock full of cherry notes and the sweet fruitiness really holds on as it cools. The acidity is mild and citric. Honeysuckle, melon and some tropical notes give it a clean refreshing finish and pleasant aftertaste.
