Meet Mary Halbrooks

I earned a PhD in horticulture and did research in the field and the lab at several land grant universities. Now I am a consultant and educator in sensory appreciation of coffee with years of experience working with coffee professionals and coffee enthusiasts at all levels of skill.

I teach classes in coffee appreciation locally (Minneapolis/St Paul) and provide consulting services to business owners who want specialized training in sensory skills.
