This coffee begins with tropical overtones and tea-like notes on the palate. As it cools you taste the sweetness in notes of raspberry and purple grape candy. Notably this natural coffee is as clean and fresh-tasting as any I have tasted recently. No muddled fruit flavors here instead there are fresh notes of apricot, nectarine and strawberry. The mouthfeel is silky-satiny with a light-medium viscosity. Citric acidity and light tropical fruitiness persist as it cools and the finish tastes like fresh cantaloupe. Stellar!
