Camber Coffee Roasters - July 2021 Release
This is a complex, layered coffee that really shines, a stand-out not to be missed. Intense floral aromatics are floating out of this syrupy infusion of tropical fruit notes and nectar-like sweetness. The flavor notes unreel themselves one after the other: pineapple, mango, mandarin, jasmine, honeysuckle, vanilla, lavender, black tea and honey. Then it finishes sweet with more floral notes.
Notes: Depending on your brew method these flavor notes can be different. My first brew was on Kalita and the second was on the Origami dripper (which the review is based on) . With the Switch immersion dripper I got sweet cherries, apricot, honey, watermelon, butterscotch candy and tangerine.
