Here you have a very approachable and characteristically Guatemalan coffee with a balance of fruity and nutty flavors accentuated with honey sweetness and citric acidity. Notes of peaches and apricot mingle with a bit of kiwi and a toasted almond flavor that brings up a mild pleasant astringency. Overall it’s a light, smooth, quaffable cup.
