This is a refined coffee with distinct flavor notes of chocolate and plums. Silky and light on the palate the sweetness is in perfect harmony with the citric acidity. Cocoa powder and caramel flavors mix with the juice of plum and faint notes of cranberry. The finish is lemon/lime offering a balanced delicate coffee that can only be called lovely.

For more body (closer to syrupy than silky) brew this one on Kalita. There’s a bit more of a honey note too with plums, lemon curd, juiciness and clean sweet vanilla tones.
