Rwanda is one of my favorite origins for coffee and this one is a good example of the sweet and lightly fruity cups that come from here. Notably this one has flavor notes of cinnamon and orange, brown sugar, grilled pear with a lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The undercurrent of warming spices carries through the cup. It finishes with a sweet and refreshing tone on the palate giving it some elegance.
