Smooth and sweet with soft fruity notes, flavors of orange candy and interestingly almond butter. This coffee has the sweetness of raw sugar and is a well-balanced brew. Windmill’s roaster notes explain that “The flavor in this coffee is derived from the varietals of Yellow Colombia and Yellow Bourbon and Carlos’ meticulous processing.” Well said - because this coffee is certainly a stand-out.
