RUBY COLORFUL COFFEE

Review

Coffees from Rwanda are among my favorite because the profiles confer deep sweetness and fruity notes. This one is no exception and Ruby roasters does this coffee justice. The first sip is sweet and silky with notes of cocoa powder, nutmeg, orange juice and rich caramel sweetness. The coffee shows perfect balance with the acidity having a blood orange quality. Floral notes of rose petals accompany the cherry pie juice flavor profile. The finish has a zest of lemon/lime giving it a clean pleasant aftertaste. It is, naturally, deeply sweet. Hats off to the team at Ruby, they’ve done it again.
