SOUTH DAKOTA

COFFEA ROASTERIE

Review

Sweet and smooth and fruity with notes of red apple, orange spiced tea, peaches and brown sugar sweetness. It’s an easy drinking winner for all morning quaffing. “Coffee from Dimtu Tero is much beloved around here. This coffee has the reputation of being a Good Food Award Winner (2019) and we're always excited to introduce it back to the menu.” so says the roaster. Congratulations.

Roaster notes: Getachew Zekele, the founder of the Dimtu Tero station and Dimtu Tero Farm, focuses on supply chain integration of outgrowers. He has both a sizable farm and a washing station where he works with hundreds of other farmers. These farmers receive premiums on top of the regular cherry price, interest-free loans, improved coffee seedlings, processing equipment, and training.
