PUBLIK COFFEE ROASTERS

Review

This is a sweet and aromatic coffee. It’s nicely balanced in all three attributes: sweetness, acidity and bitterness with notes of pecan, candied cherries and purple grape juice lending mild acidity. Lilac florals waft in and out as it cools. The roast profile is medium-dark and that is reflected in the toasty notes on the finish. This might work exceptionally well on espresso or as a filtered coffee with milk.
