Koppi Coffee Roasters April 2021 Release

This coffee was processed as a white honey - honey processed coffee being popular in Costa Rica - but is unusual in that the flavor note of dark chocolate was so prominent. While flavors of plums and cherries, nougat and molasses add interest, it is the dark chocolate liquor flavor note that carries through to the finish. There are florals here too - of lavender and rose. This coffee has a nice viscosity with a sweet lingering aftertaste and it’s one I found myself returning to over and over.
