Passenger Coffee - May 2022 Release

This is a clean and crisp coffee offering fruity and floral notes in a graceful presentation. Stone fruit, strawberry and tea-like flavor notes are supported by jasmine aromatics and nectar sweetness. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate on the palate. Melon-honeydew, cherry-mulberry and apricot notes emerge as it cools. It’s a perfectly balanced coffee with crisp but soft acidity and a clean lemon-lime refreshing finish. Absolutely lovely and highly recommended.

Roaster notes: Kedir Jebril is becoming a famous name thanks to the pristine clarity of his wet processed coffees, produced in the Gogugu kebele in Ethiopia’s Guji region. Thanks to extraordinarily meticulous cherry selection and processing management, this 2021 harvest selection from Kedir’s Wate Gogugu washing station offers a simply immaculate representation of time and place.
