Proud Mary Coffee Roasters - May 2021 Release

This coffee is very approachable with notes of apricot jelly, peach juice and nougat. The acidity is citric and the mouthfeel is light and silky. If you’re attentive you can find lighter notes of vanilla, black tea and rose florals too. Caramel sweetness rounds out the acidity creating a nicely balanced quaffable coffee.

A note about the Parainema variety: This variety was developed in the laboratories of the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFÉ), line T-05296 (Sarchimore), with wide adaptability to climates and heights, resistant to rust, and resistant to wind. It has an exceptional root system that enables it to adapt to different types of soil, https://varieties.worldcoffeeresearch.org/varieties/parainema
