This coffee hits you like a bouquet of flowers in a cup. At first sip the impression is all about the deep floral aromatics then flavor notes of rich vanilla cream, fresh nectarine and lavender-infused jelly come in and finally undertones of spice and ginger. If that isn’t a symphony of flavor I don’t know what it is. Syrupy and satiny in mouthfeel this is a sweet, supple coffee with complexity. Oh and did I say SUBLIME? I use that word sparingly folks so pay attention when you see it.
