Nomad Coffee Roasters - December 2021 Release

This balanced coffee shows off notes of blueberry, honeydew melon, honeysuckle florality and fresh peach with citric acidity in a brew that has a satiny, clean mouthfeel. A sweet lingering aftertaste and some spice and raisin notes appear as it cools.

Note from the roaster: Genji Challa is the younger sister of the well-known Nano Challa, a drying station and cooperative with more than 600 producers that cultivate the Heirloom variety in their small farms. Genji Challa was born from the necessity of giving space to the new members and to the huge volume of cherries that proceeded after that in 2010.
