Nomad Coffee Roasters - December 2021 Release

Lush tropical notes with blueberry juice and mango make this a fruit forward coffee not a “fruit bomb” - rather a more nuanced profile. That it is also lighter and silkier than most naturals suggests a fine-tuned roast and excellent processing. This first brew (described above) was per the Nomad recipe. My second brew using the Origami dripper and a V60 filter yielded a brighter, more honeyed flavor profile with rose hips, tangy mango notes with a refreshing clean finish. Nectar-like sweetness supports soft notes of blueberry and lavender make this a a beautiful cup - not to be missed.
