Nomad Coffee Roasters - December 2021 Release

This coffee is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures and earns my rare denotation “sublime". The mouthfeel is satiny giving a delicate impression on the palate. Orange blossom aromas present first and then the flavor notes offer wildflower honey, peach, mango, almond paste and hints of strawberry and pecan. The finish is marked by a soft tartness of goji berry which lingers pleasantly. I’m a big fan of washed Rwandan coffees and this one is a joy to drink.

Notes: Rwanda has ideal conditions for growing coffee such as a high altitude, regular rainfall, volcanic soils with good organic structure and a great abundance of the Bourbon variety. Most of Rwanda’s coffee is produced by small farmers, of whom there are believed to be around half a million with small farms that often do not exceed one hectare per family. https://nomadcoffee.es/en/producto/gitwe/
