Heart Coffee Roasters - December 2021 Release

At first you will notice aromas of cherries, oranges, spice and florals. The body of this coffee is distinctive - medium-bodied and palate-coating (but not cloying), syrupy and juicy. The fruity notes induce a mouth-watering sip of strawberry lollipop, candied orange and hints of spice. The aftertaste is lingering and very pleasant with sweetness that holds on as it cools. Lovely.

One week later I switched out the V60 dripper for an Origami using the same V60 filter and got cherry candy acidity, nectar-like sweetness, notes of juicy grape, strawberry lemonade, custard and lime in a satiny mouthfeel and medium-light body in a caramel sweetness that balanced well.
