Heart Coffee Roasters - September 2021 Release

This coffee is a winner almost any way you brew it with a flavor profile of pineapple, honey sweetness and a soft clean acidity. The mouthfeel is silky-satiny and the finish is clean, lingering and refreshing. Try it with the Origami dripper and a P70 filter and you get a touch of lime, vanilla and toffee with syrupy body. On V60 flavor notes of candied fruit, florals, macadamia, cherries emerge depending on the filter you choose to use. Want richer body, go for a slightly finer grind keeping the total brew time at 3:15 or less.
