Roseline Coffee - February 2022 Release

This natural from Ethiopia is not your typical fruit bomb but is lighter, more nuanced with persistant florality. The flavor profile is of medium-high intensity and very mild astringency. Coconut candy sweetness provides a backdrop to notes of black tea, red apple, maple and the slightest hint of cacao nib sharpness - all of which make this natural VERY interesting. It is a balanced and more complex coffee than it seems initially with lovely floral aromas and honeydew melon acidity that finishes clean and sweet. Lovely, drinkable, classic.
