This Kenyan offers brilliant red and purple berry flavors and crushed berry aromatics in a silky brew. It’s a bright coffee with medium high citric acidity giving an aftertaste of sparkle on the palate. As it cools the sweetness only intensifies tasting like turbinado sugar. The result is a lively, balanced coffee that is well worth your time.

Depending on the brew the flavor notes vary from blackberry and purple grape with lime and hibiscus on V60 with a V60 filter to more cranberry, red currant, and pink lemonade on Origami with a P70 fast filter. Any way you brew it, it’s a standout Kenyan.
