This is a tropical and juicy coffee with surprising floral notes for a natural which suggests processing that was meticulous. Berry flavor notes mingle with apple and lime acidity in a balanced brew. Dark chocolate notes appear here and there too. The mouthfeel is silky and aromatic and the coffee finishes with a distinct grapefruit juice quality that leaves the palate refreshed.
