Abracadabra Coffee - February 2022 Release

The Nyeri region of Kenya provides a wide array of flavor profiles in specialty coffee and this one offers yet another unique profile. First impressions are of jasmine and caramel and crisp acidity with tropical notes - melon, mango, pineapple, coconut. As it cools different notes emerge of fresh raspberry, lime juice, sweetened mild black tea in a silky clean brew. If you like more viscosity, try brewing this one with an immersion dripper. The bonus is you get yet a different profile: tropical and jammy apricot, plum-like acidity with a syrupy mouthfeel.
