Raspberries and chocolate anyone? This Rwandan is a crowd pleaser with deep caramel sweetness and notes of cocoa powder, dried raspberry, vanilla, and orange slice candy. The citric acidity is well balanced with the sweetness and the mouthfeel is smooth and syrupy. This coffee is clean with a pleasant lingering sweet aftertaste. Good structure here and a great example of what makes Rwanda specialty coffee so special.
