Review

Silky, aromatic and juicy with flavor notes of pear, raspberry, white grape juice and grilled pineapple co-mingle beautifully in this Colombian coffee from a stellar producer - Astrid Medina. The brown sugar sweetness is balanced with lightly bitter notes of tea and macadamia. As it cools it the silky-satiny mouthfeel lingers making this a delicious cup. A second brew made 9 days later yielded cherry syrup, brown sugar, canned pears and a hint of spice. Highly recommended.
