Roseline Coffee - February 2022 Release

Pink Bourbon is a rare treat in the specialty coffee world and this one meets the hype. The immediate impression is of sweet fruitiness and a silky mouthfeel. Tropical notes mingle with notes of raspberry, cherry liqueur and vanilla. The juiciness of white grapes gives the right amount of acidity and freshness on the palate. It’s a lovely sort of fresh fruit cocktail brew that holds its sweetness to the end.

Note on brewing: V60 with a V60 filter yielded a raspberry cheesecake flavor and a creamier mouthfeel quality compared to the brew on Origami with a P70 fast filter which was lighter and more delicate.
