This coffee is light in body and therefore not like most Brazil naturals. Here the mouthfeel is akin to nectar juice. Strawberry lemonade adds a nice acidity up front, tropical fruits, nougat candy, and very light notes of blackberry are all present. The acidity is notable for a natural and a plum-skin astringency/juiciness adds interest and complexity. I recently got this one out of the vault (freezer) and it still has all of its charm.
