This coffee has the sweetness and depth of molasses, candied orange and honeyed black tea. Floral notes intermingle with a lovely acidity that confers a soft brightness leading to a lemonade-like finish. There are notes of rhubarb as it cools making this a very nice, brightish, clean, crisp and smooth brew.
