This coffee is remarkable for it’s bright lime acidity which punctuates notes of sweet red fruits like raspberries and a delicious malted milk chocolate backbone. The body is medium-light with a silky mouthfeel. The finish is clean with notes of honeydew and lime and a consistent undertone of milk chocolate. I found myself wanting to brew this one every morning until I ran out!
