This coffee shines with crisp citric acidity and notes of mandarin and orange zest. Hints of lavender and maple syrup mix with honeyed sweetness in this composition from Narino one of Colombia’s premier growing regions. The mouthfeel is lightly syrupy and there is a soft brightness here as well.
